1. Who we are
LX Performance is the brand of Wuxi Lvxin Performance Tuning Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., No. 3 Yanfeng Rd., Yanqiao Industrial Zone, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. This policy describes personal information handled through www.intercooler-kit.com and related business inquiries. Contact us at sales@intercooler-kit.com.
2. Information you provide
Our inquiry form asks for your email, product interest and, optionally, company or name, estimated quantity, vehicle or application, and project requirements. The form also includes the source page, referring website path when available, and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) when present in the page address. These help us understand the inquiry and how you found us.
If you contact us by email or social media, we receive the information you send, including your contact details, messages and any drawings or photographs you choose to share. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or unnecessary personal details.
3. How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, confirm applications and specifications, prepare quotations, discuss samples and OEM / ODM projects, and follow up on your request. If a business relationship develops, relevant correspondence supports order handling and service. Website usage information helps us understand traffic and improve our content. Technical information also supports delivery, security and abuse prevention.
4. Inquiry delivery and service providers
When you submit the website form, the information is sent to FormSubmit, which processes and forwards it to sales@intercooler-kit.com. Its service may present a spam check. See FormSubmit’s privacy information. Our email and website hosting providers also process information needed to deliver their services.
The “Prepare an email instead” option creates a draft in your browser. Preparing, copying or downloading that draft does not send the inquiry; sending it through your email app shares it with us and the email services involved.
5. Google Analytics and cookies
This website loads Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. Google receives technical and usage information, such as the page address, IP address, browser or device information and referral information, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Read how Google uses information from partner sites.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies may affect some third-party functions. A privacy policy itself does not provide cookie consent controls.
6. Sharing and external links
Information is disclosed to the providers involved in hosting, analytics, form delivery and email as described above, and when necessary to comply with applicable law or protect security and legal rights. Links to Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps take you to external services whose own privacy policies apply. Avoid including personal information in public social media comments.
7. International processing and retention
We operate in China. Your inquiry may be handled in China, and third-party services may process information in other countries. We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention also depends on the systems and providers involved; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period for third-party records.
8. Your choices and requests
You can contact us at sales@intercooler-kit.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry, or to ask us to stop inquiry follow-up. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights to object, restrict processing, receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a relevant authority. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where legally required.
9. Security and children
No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please share only information needed for your business request. This website is intended for business and automotive product inquiries and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the website or our information handling changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. For privacy questions, email sales@intercooler-kit.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
