Two black-finished aluminum pipes for the charge-air route: a throttle-side pipe with a sensor flange and a turbo discharge pipe with a machined connection. Welded mounting brackets follow a vehicle-specific installation layout.

CHARGE-AIR PIPEWORK
A rigid aluminum airflow path.
Formed aluminum pipe sections connect the turbocharger, intercooler and throttle-side charge-air plumbing on matching installations. The dedicated sensor flange allows the compatible original sensor to mount in its designated position.
Check sealing surfaces and retaining connections before installation. Sensors, O-rings, retaining clips and mounting fasteners are not shown as separate included items; confirm reuse or supply requirements when ordering.
APPLICATION REFERENCE
Identify the engine before choosing the kit.
The reference layout is associated with transverse 2.0T TSI EA888 Gen1/Gen2 applications, particularly CCTA / CBFA engines introduced from approximately mid-2008. That changeover is not a universal model-year cutoff. The table below is a screening guide, not confirmation for every vehicle in the range.

Before ordering, send the engine code, model year, VIN or production date, and photos of both original pipes. Match the sensor flange, bracket positions, intercooler retaining connection and turbo outlet adapter. Exact LX fitment requires these checks; reference-brand compatibility alone does not confirm installation.
Early EA113 2.0T FSI, K04 conversions, Golf R / Audi S3 / TTS, MQB Golf Mk7 / Audi A3 8V and longitudinal Audi applications require separate confirmation. This kit is not listed as universally interchangeable with those versions. Other engine codes and 1.8T applications also require individual review.
